This expansive one bedroom , two bathroom condominium is ideally situated in downtown Winter Park, providing easy access to events, dining options, and the complimentary town shuttle service\. Residents can also enjoy the amenities of the Hi Country Haus Recreation Center, which features an indoor pool, hot tubs and coin\-operated laundry facilities\. 
Enjoy the sounds and sights of the nearby creek that winds around the rear of the condominium, accessible from the private patio connected to either the living room or the bedroom\. 
The expansive kitchen and dining area provides greater space compared to a conventional one bedroom layout, facilitating enhanced holiday celebrations and meal preparations\. Experience the inviting warmth of the wood burning fireplace, perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere on winter evenings\.

The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available\.  Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
