## Description
This remarkable ground floor two bedroom unit provides a picturesque view of the Fraser River, which can be appreciated from the private deck\.
The primary living space features a flat screen TV accompanied by a DVD player, elegantly housed in a wooden cabinet adjacent to the wood burning fireplace\.  It offers complimentary Wi\-Fi access and an abundance of comfortable seating arranged in a western\-themed décor\. Please note that there is no air conditioning available\. 
The renovated kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, and a custom\-tiled backsplash, transforming meal preparation into a delightful experience\. Next to the kitchen, the dining area is equipped with a table and chairs that can comfortably seat six individuals\. 
The primary suite features a king\-sized bed, private deck access and a fully renovated bathroom equipped with a granite countertop vanity, tiled flooring and a distinctive log framed mirror\.  The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, each supported by custom log bed frames\. Additional amenities of the unit include a washer and dryer\. 
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available\.  Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
