## Description
A generously sized and newly updated two bedroom condominium provides an excellent location for families to appreciate outdoor activities and discover the attractions of downtown Winter Park\.
The spacious living room features hardwood flooring, access to a private deck with forest and river views, a gas fireplace, modern furnishings, a flat screen TV, wood beams on the ceiling\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
The kitchen and dining spaces have been enhanced with newly installed hardwood flooring\.  Further improvements in the kitchen feature updated countertops, freshly painted cabinets, and new appliances\.  In the adjoining dining area, there is a spacious table accompanied by chairs that can comfortably accommodate six individuals\.
The primary bedroom suite features a complete bathroom, a kinq\-sized bed and a flat screen TV\.  The second bedroom is equipped with a double/double bunk bed and full en\-suite bathroom\. This unit is located on the second floor, just a short distance from the recreation center\.  
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available\.  Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike\. 
Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets, and any infringement of this rule will incur a fine of 200 each day of violation\.  Additionally, smoking is strictly forbidden in common areas, which  includes front decks and areas within 10 feet of the building\.
