This expansive rental unit spans 1,085 square feet and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms\.  It includes a primary suite and provides scenic views, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups\.  The condo is located on the second floor\.
The spacious living room, integrated into the open floor plan, features comfortable furnishings, a wood burning fireplace, a 50" flat screen Smart TV, and a queen sofa sleeper\.  It also provides access to a 38 foot private deck that offers a view of the river\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
The dining area features a spacious wooden table accompanied by chairs designed to seat six individuals, ideal for dining or leisurely engaging in board games and various activities\. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and stove top, complemented by an abundance of cabinets and new countertops that enhance the overall upgrades\.
The exquisite primary bedroom suite features a queen\-sized bed and a wood burning fireplace, perfect for warming your feet or enjoying a romantic retreat\. It includes a full bathroom and provides access to the spacious private deck\.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, and there is an additional full bathroom located in the main hallway\. 
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
