## Description
An upgraded two bedroom townhome offers a generous 880 square feet across two levels of interior space\.  This rental property maintains a strict no smoking and no pets policy\.  The unit provides numerous vantage points overlooking the Continental Divide, as well as the surrounding valley and forest\. 
The primary living area features an open layout, furnished with cozy mountain\-themed decor\.  Modern conveniences include a flat screen HDTV a DVD player, and a wood burning fireplace, although it does not have air conditioning\.
In the dining area, which is located next to the kitchen, there is an attractive solid wood table accompanied by chairs and extra bench seating\.  Recent enhancements in the main kitchen feature new appliances, elegantly painted cabinets, a tiled floor and access to a 3/4 bathroom equipped with a shower\.
The upper level of the unit features the primary bedroom, which is equipped with a king\-sized bed\.  Adjacent to it is a second bedroom that contains one queen bed\.  A full bathroom is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms\.
The Hideaway Village complex offers a private yet accessible setting, located only a few minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski resort\. Visitors can take advantage of a comprehensive trail network available throughout the year, ideal for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, all just a short distance away\.   
Additionally, it is situated on the complimentary town shuttle route to both Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or have pets on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
