High Peak on Park Avenue is perfectly situated steps from Historic Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift\*\. Visitors to this home enjoy more than 2,800 square feet of elegantly designed living space with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and several common areas providing spacious comfort for up to eight guests\. 

High Peak was built in 2009 and designed to entertain\. Vaulted ceilings on the main floor are complemented by hardwood and granite throughout\. The chef's kitchen is complete with a Wolf gas range, Sub\-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, and top\-of\-the\-line appliances\. The open floor plan includes a breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table that seats eight\.  

Watch Park City come to life each evening from the private rooftop patio and hot tub, or head to the lower level game room that even the most discerning teen will adore\. 

High Peak offers three luxurious private bedrooms with sleeping for up to eight\. The top floor main bedroom is suite\-like, filled with windows and natural light, includes a plush king bed and fireplace with views overlooking Park City's historic residential district\. The main bedroom bath has his and her vanities, a rainfall shower, and a soaking tub\. 

The upstairs guest bedroom provides access to the rooftop patio and includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom\. 

The third bedroom, located on the basement level, includes two queen beds and an en suite bathroom\.  

The basement is a haven for guests of all ages with a 75" TV, Foosball table and space to gather, relax and play\.
