Wake up with the sun while relaxing in bed\.  This two bedroom, two bath first floor ocean front condo offers gorgeous beach views and is perfectly situated directly over the pool area\. The large balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom\. Renovated from top to bottom before the 2019 rental season, this condo offers all brand new furniture, beds and upgraded appliances and bathrooms\. For added convenience, an apartment size washer and dryer is tucked into the master bedroom closet\. Full size public laundry facilities are also located on this level\. Beach access is just a few easy steps away via the pool deck during the summer season\.  Need a break from the sun?  The Gold Coast Mall is directly across the street where you will find restaurants, The Candy Kitchen, TJMaxx, a liquor store, and a movie theater\. Clouds and storms won't dampen your fun\! Both bedrooms feature TVs and Blu\-ray DVD players and there is also a 55 inch TV and Blu\-ray DVD player in the living room\.  The DVD library features over 250 titles and there are books, games and puzzles galore\. Parking is limited to two \(2\) vehicles and each requires a fee and weekly parking pass which can be purchased via credit card at the kiosk in from of the north lobby entrance\.
