Occasionally, larger neighbors like raccoons may pass through\. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided to avoid uninvited dinner guests\. \- The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, or wasp may find their way inside—especially during rain or seasonal shifts\. These "woodland friends" are simply part of the forest experience\. \- Spring Pollen Disclaimer: If you are visiting during the spring, please be aware that the forest is in full bloom\! A fine dusting of yellow pollen on outdoor furniture and decks is common during this time\. Guests with sensitivities may want to come prepared\. \- Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors\!
