The open living area, centered around a cozy wood\-burning fireplace, flows into a well\-appointed kitchen featuring a drip coffee machine—perfect for preparing meals to share after a day outdoors\. The dining area offers seating for six at the table, with three additional seats at the counter, creating a welcoming space for group meals and conversation\. The residence includes two primary suites, each with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, with one offering a shower/tub combo and the other a walk\-in shower\. The third bedroom features a twin\-over\-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle and access to a shared hallway bathroom\. Additional conveniences include ceiling fans, custom lighting, and an in\-unit washer and dryer\. Please note this residence does not have air conditioning\.
