Just minutes from the base lodges, this spacious retreat is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy everything Killington has to offer in comfort and style\.

Highridge B7 offers stunning mountain views and access to a wide range of on\-site amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, hot tub, and private saunas\. With its prime location and well\-maintained resort setting, this condo serves as a perfect home base for year\-round adventures\.

The main level features a fully renovated kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable\. The dining area seats eight comfortably, while the inviting living room includes a propane fireplace, large flat\-screen TV, and wine fridge, creating a cozy space to unwind after a day on the mountain\. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located within the unit\.

•	Our property has a no\-smoking policy\.  No smoking of any kind is allowed\.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit\.
•	Our property is not pet\-friendly\.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property\.
•	Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo\.
•	Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo\.
•	EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required\. Contact KRA to register your information\.
•	Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays\.
•	Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow\.
