Welcome to Highridge E7, a pleasantly decorated one\-bedroom loft condo with two bathrooms, uniquely featuring air conditioning in the living room\. Situated at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road, this lovely retreat is just moments from the base lodges, making it a perfect getaway for outdoor enthusiasts\.

The living and dining area is designed for comfort, featuring a small round table that seats four, along with two additional seats at the breakfast bar\. Relax on the sofa, which includes a sleeper sofa, or unwind in the love seat by the wood\-burning fireplace\. A flat\-screen TV mounted above the mantle provides entertainment, while a small desk area next to the fireplace offers a convenient workspace\.

The kitchen is modestly stocked for your convenience, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and a toaster\.

The condo includes two full bathrooms—one with a shower/tub combo and another with a shower and a sauna, providing options for relaxation and rejuvenation\.
The main floor master bedroom features a queen bed and a flat\-screen TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep\. Upstairs, the loft bedroom includes a king bed with an attached bathroom and sauna, along with another flat\-screen TV for added comfort\.

Amenities include air conditioning in the living room, a two\-person sauna, a washer/dryer, and Wi\-Fi throughout the unit\.

•	Our property has a no\-smoking policy\.  No smoking of any kind is allowed\.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit\.
•	Our property is not pet\-friendly\.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property\.
•	Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo\.
•	Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo\.
•	EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required\. Contact KRA to register your information\.
•	Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays\.
•	Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow\.
•	Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo\.
•	Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM \- 9 PM \- Seven days per week\.
