Located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road, you'll find yourself just moments from the base lodges\. Highridge Condominiums is a premier resort complex designed with guest comfort in mind, boasting a plethora of amenities including a fitness room, an indoor pool, a community game room, a hot tub, and private saunas\. Level 2 EV chargers\. Charger use requires advance registration and approval\. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival\. 

 With stunning views and an excellent location for outdoor exploration, this complex serves as a beacon of relaxation and fun for families and groups\.

The living room invites you to unwind with its wood\-burning fireplace and flat\-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space\. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience\. A half bath with a washer and dryer is also located on this level, along with a queen bedroom featuring a TV and a full bathroom\.

The upper level offers another queen bedroom, complete with a flat\-screen TV and an attached full bathroom featuring a sauna and whirlpool tub for your relaxation\.

•	Our property has a no\-smoking policy\.  No smoking of any kind is allowed\.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit\.
•	Our property is not pet\-friendly\.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property\.
•	Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo\.
•	Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo\.
•	EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required\. Contact KRA to register your information\.
•	Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays\.
•	Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow\.
•	Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo\.
•	Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM \- 9 PM \- Seven days per week\.
