Excellent in town location \- walk to dinner, movie, shopping & galleries\. Enjoy the beautiful Chincoteague sunsets with a beautiful water view\! Hill House features 4 bedrooms and 2\.5 bathrooms, with a first floor bedroom \(double/twin Bunk\) & 1/2 bath\. Three more bedrooms on the second floor with a master suite \(king\) that offers a private staircase to the dining room\. The third bedroom \(queen\) and fourth \(two twins\) are also located on the second floor\.
