No further notice on when it would be available\. \- 4WD will be necessary in the winter months\. \- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal\. \- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\. \- No RV or Trailer parking\. \- This is a pet\-friendly property\. There will be a fee of $75\.00 per pet\. We charge a $75 pet fee per pet\. This fee allows us to provide extra care and cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and comfortable for the next guests, including guests with allergies\. Please note that no pets should be over 80 lbs and we only allow a maximum of 3 pets\. Pets must be housebroken and kenneled when unsupervised; they should not be left unattended\.
