Escape to your own private country retreat on Swan Mountain and experience the best of both worlds\. Enjoy the tranquility of a sprawling hillside, stargazing spots, a hot tub, and an outdoor fire ring for ultimate relaxation and outdoor enjoyment\. And when you're ready for some excitement, just a short 15\-minute Uber or Lyft ride will take you to downtown Asheville, where you can indulge in the vibrant food, drink, and cultural scene of North Carolina's premier city\. Plus, with the Blue Ridge Parkway just minutes away, you'll have easy access to stunning scenic drives and outdoor adventures\.

Inside the home, you'll find 4 King bedrooms, each with its own TV, and a large bunk room with a queen bed and a set of full\-size bunks\. Three of the King bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while the fourth King and the bunk room share a spacious bathroom and a convenient kitchenette\.

The top floor features the main suite, complete with a tub, separate walk\-in shower, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and a private deck with a fire pit table, perfect for cozy evenings\. The main floor offers two King bedrooms, a well\-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining rooms, and a laundry room\. Both bedrooms have private baths, and one of them even has an additional pull\-out LazyBoy sofabed for added convenience\.

The bottom floor boasts a second kitchen and a large game room, along with the 4th King bedroom, the bunk room, and a shared bathroom\. Additional sleeping arrangements include a second LazyBoy sofa in the living room area with a pull\-out queen\-size mattress, ensuring ample space for everyone in your group\.

With Wi\-Fi, satellite TV, hot tub, free firewood, and spacious common rooms and yard for gathering, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay\. All quilts, blankets, and linens are laundered after each guest's use, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience\.

If you're traveling with a larger group, we have 3 other rentals close by, making it an ideal location for reunions and get\-togethers\. Please note that we do not allow parties or events of any kind with people coming off the property, as we strive to be good neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment\.

Rest assured that our properties are cleaned by JCV Cleaning Services, following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting for COVID\-19, so you can have peace of mind during your stay\. 

\*Please note that this home is located in a cove where noise travels, and to be considerate of our neighbors, loud music or excessive noise is not allowed\. Parking is available for 7\-8 cars in the driveway, as parking in the grass is not allowed due to utilities buried under the lawn\. Our property supervisor lives next door and is available to ensure guests adhere to policies and address any issues that may arise during your stay\.
