## Description
The third addition to Hiltop Haven, this adorable tiny home is perfect for couples and small families to enjoy all Hocking Hills has to offer\. Situated on a secluded 14 acres, this property offers plenty of privacy from the other 2 units with its own fire pit, hot tub, patio and living space\.

Guests have the entire tiny home\. Home is one room with a queen bed, kitchen, and loft with a futon\. Separate room for bathroom with walk in shower\.

4WD/AWD is needed, especially in in climate weather as the property is on a large hill\.

As with most of hocking hills, our properties are on well water\. While we do have a filtration system, it is not the same as city water\.

 2 miles from Rock Stall Waterfall, 20 min from Hocking Hills State Park, 30 from old mans cave, and 15 from Lake Logan\.

Early check\-in \(2pm\) and late check\-out \(12:30pm\) are available for an additional $65 each\. Pet friendly for additional cleaning fee $75\.
