Step into this stylishly updated villa, where luxury vinyl flooring and fresh furnishings create a welcoming and modern retreat\.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with full\-size appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals\. The adjacent dining area seats four comfortably, while the living room features cozy furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV\. Sliding glass doors lead to a charming patio that overlooks the tranquil courtyard\.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature new luxury vinyl flooring\. The master bedroom boasts a king\-size bed and a Smart TV, while the guest bedroom includes a queen\-size bed and a twin\-size bed, also with a Smart TV\. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the bedrooms\.

Inside the Hilton Head Cabanas complex, you'll enjoy a serene, family\-friendly atmosphere\. The community offers a beautifully maintained courtyard and a refreshing pool for relaxation and play\.

This property is dog\-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less\.  The pet fee is $125\.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250\.00 pending no damage to the villa\.  Please note that pets are not permitted on the back patio or in the central courtyard area\.
