There is not access to put the boat into the lake at the property\. The water level at Lake Murray varies over the year\. When the water level is low, the ramp to the dock can become steep\. Please be mindful of this and be careful when going up and down the dock\. The water off the far end of the dock is approximately 12 feet deep in the summer, and even during lower water levels, it remains around 7\-8 feet\. Our floating dock provides easy access to the water, though please note that there's no beach area, and the shoreline is a bit steeper but terraced for your convenience\. The backyard is a bit steep due to the terrain of the lot\. Please be cautious when walking to and from the lake\. We are very close to the water \- expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer\. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open\. You will receive a 'boarding pass' upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more\!
