## Description
Once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a modern farmhouse shipping container on over 14 acres in Hocking Hills, Ohio\. This peaceful, secluded, and serene property is stocked with everything you need and more to make priceless memories\. Sharing space with one other container and a tiny home, this is a great place to relax, connect with nature, and just enjoy peace and quiet\.

As this is a tiny home concept, we have a kitchenette, no oven or dishwasher\.

4WD/AWD is needed, especially in in climate weather as the property is on a large hill\. 

As with most of hocking hills, our properties are on well water\. While we do have a filtration system, it is not the same as city water\.

Firewood can be purchased for $5 a bundle and paid for via the app\. Firewood is kept near garbage shed\.

Late check out \(12:30pm\) available upon request for $65\.

Early check in \(2pm\) Available upon request for $65\.

Pets come with a $75 cleaning fee\.
