Conveniently located, sleep up to 4 adults/2 kids this 1 King bedroom with 2 twin beds/ futon sofashort in living room\. Uber ride to downtown\- 5 miles\. Brand New Condos featuring amazing walkability to East Nashville hot spots with Nicoletto's, Grimey's Music, Elegy Coffee Bar, The Fox Bar & Cocktail club and Mickey's Tavern right across the street\. Pet's welcome for $35 extra per night\. 

The entire 1 bedroom condo with kitchen, living room and bath with washer and dryer in the condo\. 

There is an additional shared workspace and sitting area in the lobby area\- see pictures\. 

I am readily available via text\. 

East Nashville bars and restaurants\- Foxy's, Nicoletta's, and Grimey's records 

Uber or lyft is best but we do offer free parking\! 

There is an entry camera for security\. You are welcome to unplug while you are there\.
