The Space:
– Recently remodeled three\-bedroom home, tastefully furnished with original features and woodwork intact\.

– Two queen\-size beds in the first room, a bunk bed with two queen mattresses in the second bedroom, and one queen mattress in the third bedroom\. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with five queen beds\.

– Cozy living room with new windows, a comfy white sofa, and a 55" LED flat\-screen TV with Netflix and high\-speed WiFi for streaming\.

– Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a spacious dining room with a farmhouse\-style table, perfect for hosting\.

\~ Bus — Multiple TriMet bus lines serve the area, including Route 4 \(Fessenden\) on Williams/Vancouver and Route 24 \(Fremont\), with frequent service to downtown \(\~15 min\)\.

\~ Biking — BIKETOWN bike\-share stations nearby\. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe\.

Additional Notes:
It should be noted that we are located in Central Portland\.  While this is ideal for walkability to restaurants, other attractions, and proximity to downtown, it also means we have rehabilitation centers nearby\.  Our guests have never had a single issue with these residents, but it is important to recognize this beforehand for guests that may be caught off guard\.
