Being downtown, you have your choice of the best eateries in UT, & you're only 1 block to a grocery store, local coffee shop & liquor store, & still only 40 mins from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, 40 mins from Park City, an easy 10 mins from the airport\.

Two pets are allowed for a fee of $100 per stay\. If the stay is longer than a month, there is an additional fee of $100/month\.
