Two king bedroom, one bath condo on the 3rd level above the Chop Shop\. Downtown is less than a mile away or a 2 min uber/Lyft ride to all of downtown restaurants and shops\. There is one parking space for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building\. This parking lot is shared with City Bakery and the Bone and Broth Restaurant so there are no assigned spaces\. The majestic Grove Park Inn is a short ride away as well\.
