A 4\-block walk to Balboa Park, 5 minute drive to downtown, or 10 min drive to Coronado Beach\. South Park's Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and tree lined streets give it an unmistakable charm\.

This studio is perfectly suited for solo travelers and working professionals seeking a comfortable and quiet retreat\.
