## Description
The Fairmount Blvd Mansion is situated on over 1 acre and sleeps up to 20 people\. Listed on the National Historic Register, this magnificent home is perfect for large family stays, outpatient housing, reunions, conferences, retreats, weddings, film shoots and more\. It is minutes from Cleveland Clinic, Case Western University, University Hospitals, and University Circle’s museums and cultural attractions\.

For our hospital patients, this home is fabulous for recovery\. There are hardwood floors throughout, a wheelchair ramp near the back of the home, and we’re pleased to offer additional hospital amenities, including hospital beds, reclining chairs, grab bars, and shower chairs\. Use the first floor elevator to get upstairs and downstairs\.

Step inside the foyer to find a grand staircase leading up to 10 bedrooms and 4\.5 bathrooms, which connects to a third floor featuring a large ballroom turned into a sports bar with a pool table and a large Smart TV with access to sports channels and more\. There is an office area and a full kitchen on the third floor for grabbing a quick snack during the football game or office meeting\.

The grand living room is amazing\. Floor to ceiling leaded glass windows overlook the front yard to let in natural sunlight\. Step inside the connected library with built\-in bookshelves where you can sip your cup of coffee and catch up on some reading\.

There is a large formal dining room that opens to a gorgeous enclosed solarium with access to a stone patio featuring waterfall Koi fish ponds and a large backyard – the perfect setting for an outdoor party\.

The first floor features a Faralli\-designed kitchen with granite countertops, Viking appliances and plenty of space for a professional chef\. There is a breakfast nook and half bathroom located near the kitchen\. The laundry room is located close to the kitchen area near the back door entrance\.

Head up the grand winding staircase to find a plethora of bedrooms\. There are two large bedroom suites with huge closets and reading nooks\. One bedroom is a king suite and the other is a queen bed suite\. The king suite has built\-in window nooks and immaculate crown molding\. The two rooms share a spacious bathroom with a separate glass shower and big bathtub and his/her sink\.

The other 4 bedrooms on the second floor are set up as follows: 1 king bed, 2 single beds \(share one room\), 1 queen bed and 1 full bed\. There is a huge full bathroom with subway tile, a standing glass shower, and a large whirlpool tub\. A third full bathroom occupies the second floor as well\.

The third floor is its own unique space\. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the third floor\. Two full beds and one twin bed\.
