Welcome to Historic Crescent Hill and Frankfort avenue\.  This circa 1899 Mansion is pleasantly situated next door to a park offering old world charm with updated amenities\.  The Peterson Mansion has undergone a complete renovation and is ready to host you and your group\.  It has been featured in two movies in the last year and other guests made many wonderful memories\. Perfect for entertaining, it's ideally  located one block away from excellent restaurants and shopping found on historic Frankfort avenue\.  

There is an available carriage house in the rear as well\.  You can search for Hollyhock Suites and see our listings there\.  Looking forward to hosting y'all\!
