This beautifully renovated and spacious Howland Village townhouse offers comfort, style, and modern upgrades throughout—including a brand\-new 4\-zone split A/C system installed in 2025\.

The primary bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen bed, walk\-in closet, TV, private bath, and new A/C\. Adjacent to the bedroom is an open loft with a trundle bed \(two twins\), ceiling fan, and its own new A/C\. The second bedroom is on the main level and includes two twin beds, a TV, new A/C, and a full bathroom just steps away\.

The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with refinished cabinets, granite countertops, stainless\-steel appliances, and a dishwasher\. The inviting living room features a flat\-screen smart TV, Blu\-Ray/DVD player, and new A/C\. Sliding doors lead to a private patio with outdoor dining furniture and a charcoal grill—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco\.

Additional amenities include a new washer and dryer, coffee maker and Keurig, Wi\-Fi internet, and cable TV\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
