The first\-floor primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a spacious closet, full bath, and A/C for your comfort\. Upstairs, the loft features a brand\-new sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and A/C, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, a TV, and A/C as well\.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with new cabinets, granite countertops, and white appliances\. The living room boasts a flat\-screen TV with DVD player, gas fireplace, and brand\-new décor, including built\-in shelving, offering an absolutely first\-class ambiance\. Sliding doors from the living room lead to a patio furnished with a table, chairs, and a Weber grill—perfect for outdoor dining\.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, WIFI, and three split\-system A/C units for year\-round comfort\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
