This spacious, tastefully decorated townhome features a cheerful nautical theme and high lofted ceilings throughout\. The first level includes a beautifully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home, opening to a furnished dining area for six and a bright, comfortable living room with a large flat\-screen TV and A/C\. Sliding glass doors lead to a private furnished patio equipped with a grill for outdoor dining\.

The primary bedroom on the main level offers a queen\-sized bed, flat\-screen TV, A/C, and a full en\-suite bath\. A second bedroom features two twin beds, a flat\-screen TV, and A/C, with a full hallway bath nearby\. Upstairs, the open loft provides additional sleeping space with twin bunk beds, a queen\-size sleep sofa, and a ceiling fan—ideal for families or extra guests\.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WiFi, Apple TV, and premium cable\. This charming and airy retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable Cape Cod getaway\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
