Boat Dock in your back yard so you can easily cruise to Crab Island or go fishing in the worlds luckiest fishing village\.  Beach is across the street with a short walk to the gated area where you can spread out and enjoy the surf and sun\.  Missing your dog \- no need \- you can bring him/her along as long as the weight doesn't exceed 45 lbs for an additional fee\.\.
