This beautifully custom\-upgraded condo, located on the third floor, offers top\-of\-the\-line finishes, modern décor, and a spacious layout designed for comfort and relaxation\. The fully updated kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a full\-size pantry, and both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig to suit every coffee preference\. Thoughtful touches throughout the unit ensure a seamless vacation experience\. The living room provides a welcoming space to unwind, featuring a comfortable fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, and a 56\-inch TV with a DVD player\. The master bedroom offers a king\-size bed, a ceiling fan, a 43\-inch TV with a DVD player, and a beautifully updated en\-suite bathroom with a walk\-in shower\. The guest bedroom also features a king\-size bed and a ceiling fan, with convenient access to the guest bathroom, which includes a tub\.
