This Indian Shores vacation rental is conveniently located near local seafood restaurants, water activities, family\-friendly attractions, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St\. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations\.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project\. Construction takes place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM\. During work hours, the pool may be unavailable, but it is open after 4 PM and on weekends\. Parking adjustments may also be necessary during the project\. The balcony for this unit has already been completed\.
