Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project\. While most balconies remain accessible, your unit’s section may have temporary limited access while work is being completed\. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and pool access or parking may be affected during those hours\. The pool is currently open from 4 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends\.
