Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project\. Work is being completed in phases around the building, and balconies may be temporarily inaccessible while your section is being updated, although most remain usable\. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM\. The pool remains open during most of the project except when work is being performed above the pool deck area\.
