This Indian Shores vacation rental is just steps from the beach, restaurants, and local activities, and it is also located on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St\. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your peaceful beachfront retreat\.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project\. Work is being completed in phases around the building, and your balcony may be temporarily inaccessible while your section is being updated, although most balconies remain open\. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM\. During these hours, the pool may be closed\. The pool is open in the evenings from 4 PM to 10 PM and all day on weekends\.
