Please be advised that Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior restoration project, including concrete repairs, painting, and balcony work\. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM\.

The pool remains open all day; however, there may be brief temporary closures during construction hours depending on the work being completed\. Parking adjustments may also be necessary during the project\.

Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed\.
