Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project\. Balcony access may be temporarily limited when work is being performed in your section, although most balconies remain open\. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM\. The pool may be closed during those hours but is open evenings from 4 PM to 10 PM and all day on weekends\.
