Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project\. Balcony access may be temporarily limited while work is being performed on specific units, although most balconies remain available\. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM\. Pool access may be limited during those hours but is open in the evenings from 4 PM to 10 PM and all day on weekends\.
