## Description
Home Away Stay and Play is a private 3 bedroom, 2\.5 bathroom, wheelchair accessible home\. The main floor is fully accessible\.  The kitchen has all the cooking essentials to keep your hungry group fed and happy\.  Each room is comfortable and cozy for a good night’s rest\.  The snug back patio is fully enclosed with a BBQ grill and bistro set\.  Home Away Stay and Play is the perfect place for a friend or family gathering, and is your home away from home\!

Home Away Stay and Play is located in the heart of Southern Utah and is centered between Snow Canyon and Zions National Park\. Downtown Saint George is only a 15\-minute drive away, and the hub of hundreds of restaurants and shopping options\. If the arts are your passion, Cedar City's famous Shakespeare Festival or Tuacahn Center for the Arts are each less than 1 hour away\. 

Your stay includes access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which has an outdoor pool \(seasonal\), fitness center, and hot tub/jacuzzi\.  The complex offers a children’s playground, putting green, and walking access to a stocked fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park, maintained by Washington City\.

\-Master Bedroom \(King\) with ensuite bathroom and closet\. The bathroom has a shower and tub, each with a removable shower head and wheelchair accessible\. 
\-Large Sitting Area w/ large Smart TV \(with Roku, DVD player\), and electric fireplace\.
\-Large, open Kitchen seats 4 at the counter\.  Fully Stocked cupboards include a crockpot, griddle, blender, and electric tea kettle\. Dining Table accommodates 6\.
\-Laundry Closet, w/ stacked front loading washer/dryer is stocked w/ laundry pods
\-Powder Room

Upstairs:
\-2nd sitting area with a large couch, and smart TV with DVD player

Guest Access Guests will have total privacy and 24\-hour check\-in with the smart lock\. Garage door opener for guest use\.  There are no shared spaces in the home, and all in\-home amenities are available for use\. 

Onsite Parking: 1 space available inside the garage, 1 space available on the driveway\. Overflow parking is available in the designated parking areas\. There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge\. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined\.
