## Description
Located just three miles from the hustle and bustle of town, The Homestead Bed & Breakfast at Rehoboth Beach sits on two acres of beautifully landscaped property\.  We are a pet friendly and adults only inn\.  Choose from three beautifully decorated guest rooms in the main house all with private bathrooms or our Orchard Guest Room in the Carriage House\. Additionally, you may opt for our spacious 800 square foot Loft located exclusively on the 2nd floor of the Carriage House\.  Our 6th unit is our ever popular private cottage featuring a large fenced\-in backyard\.

Guests enjoy a full breakfast in our dining room including the hot entrée of the day, homemade breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, gourmet coffee and additional continental fare\.  All of our rooms and the Cottage have a refrigerator, HD TV's, DVD player, hair dryer, and personal climate control settings\.  Additional amenities include a wrap\-around screened in porch, free WI\-FI, an expansive DVD selection, books to borrow from our library, a large selection of games, ice maker, bottled water, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, free parking, and an outdoor shower for use after a day at the beach\. New for 2020 – guests may relax and cool off in our outdoor pool\.

Pet Policy: 
The Homestead Bed & Breakfast at Rehoboth Beach welcomes all dog breeds and your feline friends too\.  We charge $30 per pet for the first night and $15 per pet each additional night of your stay\.   Well behaved pets may be left unattended in your guest room\.
