LIVING SPACE \- Quaint 600 sq ft home with living room, bar seating, a TV, a wood burning fireplace, and comfortable living room seating\. 2 bedroom, 1 bath\. Bedroom one has a queen bed\. Second bedroom has a Double/twin bunk bed and twin bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Smart TV with streaming apps, fast WiFi, board games, and card games\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer\. 

OUTDOORS \- The backyard has a large deck with a charcoal barbecue\.

PARKING \- 2 car driveway

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
