The open floor plan showcases hardwood flooring throughout\. The open living room has a roomy porch off the front & back\. The bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar\. The living room as well as all bedrooms have a TV\. The room w/the twin trundle does not have cable but there is a DVD player\. The extensive master suite offers a private balcony and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower\. The 2nd & 3rd bathrooms \(one on each level\) have a standard tub/shower combo\. The 1/2 bath is in the ground floor storage room, and is conveniently located near the pool so you don't have to go in the house dripping wet\.
