The sound and all its spectacular beauty is only five houses down the road from this comfortable, newly built home in Kill Devil Hills\. Sunny mornings at the beach, sparkling afternoons out on the water, incredible nightly sunsets \- it's all within steps of you here\.

If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
