This stylish and fun 2,100 sq\. ft\. duplex is located on Banks Channel in the private gated community of Queens Grant in Topsail Beach\. Unlike other homes that only offer beach access, How Sweet the Sound is an activity haven\. Take a short stroll to the private, uncrowded beach just 600 feet away\. Bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, or paddleboards and spend the day on the water, easily launched from the private boat docks with immediate access to deep water, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the ocean\. Your boat can stay safely docked just yards from the house for the duration of your stay\.
