The bedroom has a king size bed, and living room has a queen sleeper sofa\. Air conditioning is provided by wall units, and heat from the baseboards\. Please note that this condo does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, however there is coin operated laundry in the building on level M\. Linens and towels are included with booking\! Towel set is provided for each registered guest \(bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth\)\. We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available in the building for your use during your stay\. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit\. Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check\-in\. If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check\-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee\. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check\-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee\. If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded\.
