Management: Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless\. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests\. You can easily reach us by phone, or email\. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24\-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay\. Family\-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones\. That's why we've made our home as family\-friendly as possible\. We provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up\. We’ve also stocked kid\-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together\! Pet\-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only \(up to 60 lbs\) for a fee of $325 per stay\. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair\. If any waste beyond hair \(such as urine or feces\) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged\. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors\. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool\. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 \(Plus Tax\)\. This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 5 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay\. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to April\. Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge\. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival\. No Adhesives on Walls: Do not use tape, hooks, stickers, or any other materials to attach decorations or items to the walls, as this may cause damage\. No Glitter Allowed: Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can cause lasting damage to furniture and surfaces\. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a clean, welcoming space for every guest\. Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons\. While they are harmless and don’t bite at all, they come in numbers, so we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors\. Keeping the lights off at night is also a tremendous help\. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces\. Bug spray but it is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas\. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh\.
