With two full living spaces, a kitchen and bar area on each level, and two gas fireplaces, this home is designed for families who love to relax, connect, and play together\.

Guests rave about the perfect ski\-in/ski\-out location — step right out the sliding glass door and onto the slopes\. No shuttles, no waiting — just skiing, snowboarding, and easy access back inside for lunch by the fire\. In warmer months, enjoy access to the Cedar River outdoor pool, nearby golf, and all the resort’s walking and biking trails\.

Inside, the condo is larger than expected, easily accommodating multiple families or groups up to 10\. The open\-concept main floor features a full kitchen, dining area, cozy fireplace, and large windows looking out over the ski hill\. Downstairs, a second living area with its own kitchen/bar offers the perfect hangout zone for kids, teens, or another family\.
