A full renovation was completed a few years ago and the condo remains in excellent condition and has recently been updated with a brand\-new sofa, stylish accent chair, and modern wall art featuring beautiful Hawaii and ocean\-inspired scenes\.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, updated appliances, and a bright, open living space perfect for relaxing after a day in paradise\. Step out onto the lanai to catch the sunset or watch surfers in the distance—this unit offers the ideal blend of comfort, location, and value\.

\*\*\*Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 5 of the exterior spall repair and painting project\.  During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo\. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time\. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a\.m\. to 5:00 p\.m\. Please note that the schedule is subject to change\. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates\. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027\.

We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel\-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper\. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted\. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet\. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay\. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check\-out\. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account\. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee\.

The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor\. Work is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays\. Most guests experience minimal disruption, as many spend their days exploring Oahu\.
