This condo is located on the floor of the 12th Ilikai Hotel\.
This AMAZING condo has beautiful views of the ocean overlooking the lagoon at the Ilikai Hotel\. Relax in this cozy, Hawaiian styled condo\.  You'll love waking up to the beautiful and calming view of the ocean and unwind after a long day at the beach on your spacious lanai\. There are shoji sliding dividers that separate the living area from the bedroom for added privacy\.  Beach access? The walkway ramp from the hotel lobby leads directly to the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon & the famous Waikiki beach\!  You'll be on the beach and in the sand in minutes\.
\*This condo has a 30\-night minimum requirement

\*\*\*Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 5 of the exterior spall repair and painting project\.  During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo\. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time\. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a\.m\. to 5:00 p\.m\. Please note that the schedule is subject to change\. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates\. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027\.

We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel\-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper\. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted\. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet\. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay\. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check\-out\. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account\. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee\.

The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor\. For added convenience, self\-service, card\-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor\. The condos are privately owned & constructions and/or other building shut downs may occur during your stay\.  Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise\.  The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays\.  We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours\.
