NEWS FLASH\!  This condo has recently removed the carpet & install LUXURY vinyl flooring\!  Modern and elegant in style, this updated and spacious condo will ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay at the Ilikai Hotel\. Located on the 4th floor, you'll enjoying watching the sun rise over the ocean from the private lanai or unwind with the calming view of the peaceful Pacific Ocean after a long day of exploring the island\. 

\*\*\*Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 5 of the exterior spall repair and painting project\.  During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo\. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time\. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a\.m\. to 5:00 p\.m\. Please note that the schedule is subject to change\. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates\. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027\.

Your stay includes cable TV, high\-speed internet with password\-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada\.  We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel\-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper\. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted\. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet\. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay\. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check\-out\. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account\. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee\.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor\. For added convenience, self\-service, card\-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor\. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day \(rates subject to change\)\. Gym access is available through the hotel \- daily, weekly and monthly rates are available\. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information\.

The condos are privately owned & constructions and/or other building shut downs may occur during your stay\.  Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise\.  The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays\.  We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours\.
